The Nickelodeon brand Neopets wanted to extend their significant audience by creating an online massively multiplayer online game for their tween audience.
Petpets are the pets of Neopet characters. The game would be an open park where players played as Neopets and exploreed and played together.
We designed and built an open, extendable, monetizable virtual world where millions of users could congregate together, socialize, play games and build reputation.
The game featured an ever expanding world of quests, mini-games, and a highly customizable character and communication system.
It was a huge success.
We worked with Neopets from the ground up creating digital strategy, product design, user experience design, technical specifications and managed the complete product lifecycle.
Our efforts resulted in an online brand extension resulting in 10 Million plus registered users and 100 million+ game plays.
